Harrie Blommestein - Black

My favourite colour is black although it's not really a colour but the absence of colour.
Black has always been associated with the design world, my world, and maybe that's why I still wear it a lot. It's also the colour of night-life, evening dress and style - all the things I'm fond of. I think that black also contrasts well with white, the two extremes make it stylish and exiting.
Black is always different, just like other colours it depends on the material but also the shades: a little blue in it and it's the colour of the splendid hair of an Asian woman, a little green in it and it's the colour of a jewel. Magnificent!
