Black is the most beautiful colour of all, strong, yet elegant, mysterious and timeless … all the vain people always wear black as it is just classy and elegant.  There is a certain simplicity and refinement. I like everything black, my clothes, my furniture, my dishes, animals, pearls, you name it. Zen monks in black or Ad Reinhardt’s black paintings, or sumi-e… It's also associated with death which I do not mind as I think death is beautiful.
